Selah Creative Co. is your strategic partner, modernizing service-based businesses with custom brand and Squarespace web designs.

Meet Haley ward

The Creative behind the Co.

I design modern, minimal brands and custom Squarespace websites rooted in strategy.

Branding and web design are my ways of visual storytelling.

I’m passionate about translating your business into a unique brand and website that not only promotes your services but reflects your company’s ethos.

But what good is an attractive brand and standout website that nobody sees?

I recommend that all clients invest in ongoing Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This service helps you gain precious real estate on search engines, positioning you above the competition on the first page of Google.

Ready to take your online presence from “good enough” to “better than [insert competitors]”?

When you collaborate with Selah Creative Co., you get an experience—not just a deliverable.

What does “Selah” mean?

My nickname “Hales” spelled backward is “selah” (say-lah), a Hebrew word found 74 times in the book of Psalms.

The definition of selah is up for debate, but a few of the most plausible interpretations include “to lift up, exalt,” “silence,” or “pause.”

Selah combats hustle culture.

As a creative studio and entrepreneur, I want to embody selah as my mantra. It can be so easy to get too busy working in our businesses. We “hustle,” but forget to selah—pause and reflect on what’s bringing us joy and protecting our energy.

The “co.” represents the brand value of collaboration.

Every creative project involves a strategic and collaborative process between myself and my clients. The designs I create represent my business as much as they represent my clients—we’re a dynamic duo!

What I am about

Working hard and choosing joy.

Elevating the brands of fellow entrepreneurs.

Crafting brand identities and Squarespace websites rooted in strategy.

Collaborating with people who value good design.

What I’m not about

𝖷 Promoting hustle culture (i.e., working without boundaries, hurried designs).

𝖷 Targeting anyone and everyone.

𝖷 Designing “just a logo.”

𝖷 Pushing clients through a pipeline instead of guiding them through an organized process.
